Born in Pembroke Dock and educated at Cardiff University, Phil Carradice is now a full time writer and broadcaster on TV and radio. His most recent books are Bloody Mary, The Cuban Missile Crisis and In the Footsteps of Henry Tudor (all from Pen and Sword).
A poet and novelist ,he is also an historian who believes that history should be made accessible for all - therefore it has to be written in an engaging, dramatic and open style (just like a novel, really). He presents programmes for BBC Radio Wales and recently was featured in TV programmes from Quest and Discovery.
